Visitor FAQ's

We would love to have you visit our church soon! We know going anywhere a 'first' time when
you don't know what to expect can cause some level of anxiety. So here is some information
we hope will be helpful to you. We want to do our best to make your first visit a positive,
uplifting experience.

What is your worship like?

Our anointed and talented worship team provides a passionate, contemporary and upbeat style of music. You may see and
hear guitars, keyboards, vocalists and drums. Music is so personal and everyone has a favorite, so we know we can't please
everyone. We're just trying to do what we think blesses God and brings people closer to Him.

You'll see people around with their hands raised or down; some with their eyes open, some closed; some are singing loudly
while others are just humming along! Some people may also come forward to the altar area as an expression of their need for
God's touch or to convey their love for Him!

Congregational Singing

One of the things that we value and enjoy at Life Church is the opportunity to sing praises through songs that reflect God's
goodness and grace in our lives. Feel free to sing along as the words are projected onto the screen or silently listen and let
the words affirm God's love for you.

What's the preaching like?

At Life Church, it is our sincere desire to share God's Word in all its truth without watering anything down, but to do it in
love, and in ways that are interesting, engaging and relevant to your daily life. For more information, please visit
our beliefs
page.

Offering Time

As a guest, please do not feel obligated to give in the offering. The offering is for our members and regular attendees who
consider Life Church their home - generous and cheerful giving is a tangible opportunity for us to place even our financial
trust in God as we honor Him with our weekly tithe.

Do I have to dress up?

No, you don't. Some people dress up, some don't; the New Testament simply instructs us to dress modestly and decently. We
want everyone to come, be comfortable, and enjoy learning about God together.

Do you offer a nursery?

Yes! With the completion of our recent renovations, the nursery area is now available for use.  You may take your infant or
toddler, under the age of three, to the nursery after the 'song' portion of the service has ended.  Please take a moment
before the service to fill out a 'nursery care card', found in the lobby, for each of your children and hand to the nursery
worker on staff. This will help to ensure we know properly how to best care for your particular child.
